We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors, textures, and dimensions will be perfectly accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and slight variations may occur.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

• Installment plans (parcelamento) where available

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Brazil and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• São Paulo Metropolitan Area: 1-3 business days
• Other Brazilian States: 3-10 business days
• International Orders: 10-25 business days

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Honey Rose purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt (in compliance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Code - Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, wigs and wefts that have been worn, styled, or altered cannot be returned unless defective.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Honey Rose Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Honey Rose or its content suppliers and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

The Honey Rose name, logo, and all related product names and slogans are trademarks of Honey Rose. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Conduct
